LEARN4SEA

Within the scope of the LEARN4SEA project, focusing on coastal areas and port cities in the Black Sea Basin regions, efforts are being made to raise awareness, which leads to an increase in environmentally friendly behavior of societies and a decrease in pollution, and to strengthen the capacity of local governments to educate and train citizens at various educational levels.
