Lighting Automation System

Affordable and Clean Energy

Lighting automation systems are systems used in any building based on demand, implemented through remote control and smart lighting. At our university, the KNX Automation system works with the following features:

Systems that operate based on the surrounding light intensity (they activate when daylight decreases).
Lighting systems adjusted according to time, such as display window lighting.
Self-moving sensor-based fixtures.
Switch sensors that activate lighting in indoor areas based on motion and when daylight levels are insufficient.
In open offices, light-sensitive sensors are used so that when natural daylight is sufficient, the fixtures turn off. When daylight decreases, the system activates.
Dimming techniques can be used to reduce the lighting in the environment or adjust it to different levels.
In parking lots, social facilities, or service areas, motion detectors suitable for outdoor conditions are used. When motion is detected, the lighting in the predefined areas is activated.
