The event “Maritime Safety and Sustainability: Legal and Environmental Transformation in Pilotage Services,” hosted by Pîrî Reis University, has taken place. The opening speeches were delivered by TKKD President Pilot Capt. Nildeniz Sütçü Şen and EMPA President Pilot Capt. Miguel Vieira de Castro.

The event brought together experts in the field and offered a comprehensive discussion of sustainability in the maritime sector, green transformation, energy efficiency, safety practices in pilotage services and legal responsibilities.
