Additional actions – Developing collaboration with other universities, research institutions, public authorities, and private sector companies through Piri Reis University’s research and expertise in the field of maritime studies. – The university will support policies by presenting research findings and expertise to public institutions and civil society organizations. – Developing cooperation in areas such as creating sustainable maritime policies, protecting and managing marine resources, and developing related strategies. – The university will promote international cooperation by enabling its students to intern at other universities and institutions or participate in joint research projects.	– The university will develop partnerships with local communities to raise awareness about maritime and sustainability issues. – Participating in joint projects and enhancing cooperation on topics such as combating marine pollution, protecting marine protected areas, and promoting sustainable fishing practices. – The university will collaborate with local fishermen, maritime companies, and civil society organizations to support sustainability efforts in the maritime sector. – Enhancing cooperation on topics like sustainable fishing practices, emission reduction in marine transportation, and the management of marine protected areas. The university will organize educational programs on the sustainability of the maritime sector, developing actions to raise awareness among sector workers and future generations.
